Do you have a brick and mortar store?

No.  Unfortunately, we only sell online and do not have a physical location.

Are my credit card transactions secure?

Security and satisfaction is our main goal. All information provided by you is confidential and will not be released to any third parties. To insure confidentiality, we use the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol for transferring data. SSL is a cryptosystem that creates a secure environment for the information being transferred between your browser and our Server. Our physical location is protected against loss, theft or misuse of information via appropriate security measures. In addition, when a secure transmission needs to be made when sensitive information is being transmitted, uses SSL Encryption to ensure your credit card information is secure.

Do you have a printed catalog?

Unfortunately, because our inventory changes constantly, we do not have a printed catalog. 

Is shipping covered for returned merchandise?

No, shipping costs are non-refundable. Exceptions include error made on our end or incorrect orders.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes! Free domestic shipping is available for orders over $35.00!  Unfortunately, international orders are not eligible for this special offer.  However, we do offer low cost shipping to our international customers.

Do you ship internationally?

We do accept international orders but in some cases, we do reserve the right to require payment via international money order.

How long do I have to cancel my order?

You may only cancel before your order is shipped.  When you request a cancellation of an order or part of an order, it may take 72 hours to process your cancellation request.  The process is very time intensive and it involves multiple steps.  Often products ship very quickly, so we recommend that you do not purchase alternative products until receiving final confirmation of your cancellation.

When will I receive a confirmation email on my order?

Once we have received your order, a confirmation email will be sent. Please allow 24 hours to receive confirmation. If you have not received an email within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder. Your email is our primary form of communication -- please make sure your email address is correct. If you suspect that you submitted an incorrect email address, please address your concerns with customer service.

Is there a sales tax on orders placed with Crown Beads?

Crown Beads is based in Colorado.  Because of that, we apply a sales tax to all orders shipped within Colorado.  The amount of tax collected is based on the destination zip code the order is being shipped to.
